Set in premises of 4000 sq. feet, with 21000 books, 67 periodicals, 12 dailies, management videos and CD-ROMs covering a whole spectrum of management topics, with a constant stream of information trickling in through periodicals, journals, a data bank set up by the students of the Institute, annual reports of various companies etc. all go a long way in ensuring that as far as management awareness is concerned, not a drop is to be spared.

G.D. Room
Group Discussions are an effective way of learning and brain storming by improving on ones groups skills and soft skills. The group discussion room is well equipped to provide an apt environment for students to conduct group discussions on current and essential topics. Two interview rooms have been provided to the students and recruiters to facilitate the recruitment procedure.

The Computer Center
With the advent of the E-Business era, it is simply not feasible to visualise an effective manager, without the knowledge of operating and exploiting, the functionality of Information Technology. With this vision in mind our Institute has made available to the students a computer lab with 60 terminals which are on a dedicated Local Area Network (LAN). All of these operate on a Windows Platform, stimulating the look and feel of the information resources available in Corporate India.

Other platforms like DOS, UNIX and LINUX have also been made available to the students to gear them up for all information environments. Softwares like the MS Office, Oracle 9, Tally 7.2, C, C++, Java, VB and Developer 2000 are used extensively to complete the training experience.

Seminar Hall

As seminars are essential embodiments of the MBA curriculum, the institute has taken adequate steps to meet the requirements by housing two impressive Seminar Halls, each having a capacity of 250 delegates. The halls are well equipped with modern audio visual aids.

Internet Facility

JDC Bytco is one of the first institutions in Nashik, to have a Broad Band account. This not only enables the students to have online access to the latest in management concepts, but also to case studies of reputed universities like Harvard and Stanford.

Assembly Hall

The institute has a spacious and well-equipped Assembly Hall, which provides the students a good opportunity to interact with the eminent guests from the corporate world. The Assembly Hall has a capacity of 250 delegates with access to the modern audio visual facilities.

Recruitment Block s

In order to ensure that the campus interviews are conducted in a suitable environment, the institute has paid special attention to develop a recruitment block, which caters to the need of the recruiters. The recruitment block has one GD room and two Interview rooms, which provide the ambience of modern conferencing.

Hostel

As the students at the JDC Bytco IMSR come from diverse areas, the institute provides hostel facility for both girls and boys. The hostels provide a homely atmosphere and a conducive environment for studies. The boys’ hostel has an infrastructure to house 120 boys, and girls’ hostel can accomodate 110 girls.

Masters in Personnel Management ( MPM )

The MPM Curriculum: The curriculum has been developed by integrating various subject elements horizontally and vertically. It has the flexibility to be responsive to progressive trends in HR management. The objective of this curriculum is the multi-facet development of students.

In the first semester the students are exposed to the fundamental principles and theories of HR management, thus enabling them to understand the HR management process. The second semester familiarizes the students with various aspects of Personnel Management. At the end of the second semester the students undergo a extensive two months summer training with a view to gain practical experience.

Curriculum

The MBA Curriculum: is a two-year full time course divided into four semesters comprising of various concerned subjects. In addition to these subjects the Institute has been given the autonomy to design and introduce a specialization elective in each of the third and fourth semesters. Also as a part of the curriculum the students have to undergo training in a corporate organisation, for a period of two months, at the end of their second semester. Based on this, the students prepare a detailed project report pertaining to the specific assignment taken up by them in these organisations. Along with this all the MBA Part II Finance students are pursuing one year Diploma in Capital Market Management (DCMM) Program conducted by the Stock Exchange, Mumbai and affiliated to University of Pune.

This is a two-year full time post-graduate programme leading to the Degree of Master of Business Administration. Its aim is to provide the young aspirants with the opportunity to pursue a career in business, to acquire adequate knowledge, skills and attitudes, which would constitute a foundation for their growth into competent and responsible business executives.

The School employs different methods of instruction viz., lectures, case studies, seminars, role-plays, syndicates, fieldwork etc. At the end of the third semester the students are required to attach themselves to an organization for a period of eight weeks and prepare a project report on a problem related to the working of the organization. The unique programmes offered by the School aim at developing the personality of students and mould them as “Manager For Mankind”.

The Part-time programme leading to the degree of Master of Business Administration is a three-year evening programme. Its objective is to give an opportunity to executives working in Government and business organizations to improve their managerial ability and performance.
