Courses offered:

1. 2-year Postgraduate Programmes in Business Management and Personnel Management & Industrial Relations.

Eligibility: A minimum of 3-year bachelors degree in any discipline is required (Special consideration SC/ST candidates). However, those completing their final examination by June may also apply.

2. 3-year Part-Time Post Graduate Programme in Business Management.

Eligibility: A minimum of 3 years bachelors degree with aggregate 50% marks, (40% for SC/ST candidates) and 5-year of relevant managerial experience working in India/abroad. The curriculum is similar to 2-year Post-graduate Programme in Business Management. Candidate will have to reside in campus for 15-20 days thrice a year.

3. Three-year Executive Postgraduate Programme.

Eligibility: Min. 3-years bachelors degree in any discipline and employed in a full time job, with 2 years of relevant managerial experience after graduation, in India /abroad.

4. Fellow Programme in Management.

Eligibility: Postgraduate degree or its equivalent with 55% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) or BE/B.Tech with 60% aggregate marks (50% marks for the SC/ST candidates) and 3-years or relevant work experience. The admission test is be held on January at the following cities: Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Secunderabad, Jamshedpur, Kolkata, Kanpur, Kochi, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Ranchi and Vadodara.

5. 14-month Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management.

Eligibility: For Working Managers: 2 years of work experience

6. Satellite based Post Graduate certificate in Business Management.

7. 1-year General Management Programme.

Eligibility: Bachelors degree (Minimum 3 years of full time study) from a recognised university. Having at least 3-years of Post graduate full-time experience, in an executive capacity.

Only the XAT scores of January and MAT scores of tests held on December-Feburary will be accepted. Candidates may appear in any one of these two. (b) Based on the results of XAT or MAT, candidates are selected for the Viva Voce test to be held at XISS in the months of March-April.
