The MBA (Human Resource) is a specialised programme, designed to develop HR managers adept at handling the peoples’ dimension in an organisation. The course is structured to educate students in various aspects of Human Resource Management e.g. labour issues, employee behaviour, employee motivation etc. The curriculum gives students a thorough grounding in the fundamentals and at the same time introduces them to emerging issues and trends especially through summer training and research project.
Students are encouraged to focus not only on how to manage people, but also on how to increase the overall effectiveness of an organisation. Papers like Strategic Management are offered to improve their understanding of the expanding role of an HR Manager.

Note: Foreign/NRl/NRI Sponsored Candidates who are in India, can compete amongst themselves for seats reserved for them by appearing in the Entrance Tests. Those living abroad are required to produce the test score of GMAT.
